High Fives Foundation

The High Fives Foundation supports the dreams of outdoor sports athletes by raising injury prevention awareness while providing resources and inspiration to those who suffer life-altering injuries. Our Foundation has realized that recovery can be found in community. With the help of our rehabilitation services, adaptive sports programs, and adaptive sports center, High Fives Athletes have returned to active lives with some going on to participate in the Paralympic Games and Special Olympics.

Richard Lewis currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the High Fives Foundation. In 2021 Richard was honored as the Fundraiser of the Year, and has help raise over $200,000 in his decade plus of assisting High Fives.

The Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation

We are a non-profit, volunteer-fueled organization dedicated to finding cures for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis and improving the quality of life of children and adults affected by these diseases. Since 1967, the Foundation has played a role in every breakthrough in IBD research. We have invested more than $400 million into finding the causes, treatments, and cures for Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis. Richard Lewis, an ulcerative colitis patient himself plays a pivotal role with the NY chapters Young Professional Group. He currently serves as the chair of their annual fundraising event held in NYC, and was awarded the Young Professional of the Year in 2021.

Rose Nulman Park

In 1990 The Nulman Family purchased nine acres of pristine waterfront lands located in Narragansett, RI. The location, the most eastern point of Rhode Island, is privately owned but opened to the public for enjoyment. Since allowing public access after the purchase, the Park attracts thousands of visitors per day during the summer. Rose Nulman Park is one of only five private owned, publicly accessible parks on the east coast. The park is well known for the best surf in Rhode Island, the best view of the ships passing, and is located right next to the Point Judith Lighthouse, home to a Coast Guard Post.
